Qurius is a South African company that uses marketing, data science, and relationship management to help international companies run effective campaigns.

They have contact centres in Durban and through their partnership with the BPO Skills Academy and the National Skills Fund, they are expanding their operation to the Western Cape.

Qurius is the host employer for these 100 call centre learnerships.

The call centre learnership will involve outbound sales, mainly for vehicle and home insurance. However, workers will also receive exposure to selling data, voice and fibre services. 

Qurius states that it is the beginning of a career path into being a  team leader, sales specialist, manager or quality assurance agent.

Workers will earn a stipend of R3 750 and an unlimited commission (average is R2000 – R4000 extra per month).
