Requirements :
Minimum of Grade 12/National Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification in Administration will be advantage. Knowledge of transport policies and all the Legislative framework governing the public service. Must have minimum of 1-2 Years in Transport section. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Good interpersonal skills. Computer literacy including MS Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) .Must have valid driver’s license and PDP and willing to renew on your own expense. Ability to work under pressure and take initiatives. Maintain confidential information and good customer relations
Duties :
Manage and coordinate transport department. Compiling daily, weekly, and monthly report, driver’s duty rooster and other transport duties. Checking vehicles lists, log sheets and other transport documents. Make bookings of vehicles for service and maintenance. managing petrol cards. Binding and laminating of documents Arrange for servicing and general maintenance of the machine. Keep records of the Vehicles Km in and out. Assist in transport functions and perform any other lawful duties delegated by the supervisor
