Roodepoort based accounting firm is looking for an organized and motivated Receptionist with a great ability to welcome clients and to serve an administrative purpose. The candidate will perform administrative and reception duties, including coordinating front-desk activities. 
The ideal candidate will be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment. 


  • Company secretarial administration
  • General office administration
  • The answering, screening and forwarding of incoming phone calls
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries
  • Scheduling outgoing deliveries
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments for partners
  • Implementation and maintenance of administrative procedures
  • General office administration in terms of liaising with suppliers and scheduling maintenance and repairs for office hardware and equipment

Minimum Requirements:

  • Computer literate
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
