Receptionist/General admin

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Address all incoming calls and visits to our premises
  2. Build follow-up mechanisms for every eventuality
  3. Report and follow-up on communication lines malfunction
  4. Control access to our premises
  5. Reroute internet inquiries
  6. Liaise with courier companies for collection/ deliveries
  7. Control petty cash
  8. Complete customer’s vendor/ credit applications
  9. Render administrative assistance to salespeople
  10. Reserve and prepare venues for meetings
  11. Order/ collect office requirements e.g. stationary etc. 
  12. Keep track of renewables such as vehicle licenses etc. 

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Minimum Matric, or equivalent
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Specifically Outlook and Excel
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills

Package & Remuneration

  • R 10 000 to R 6000 per month
  • 13th cheque
  • Company policy to develop from within, first
  • No traffic to and from the office!!
